Kwik-Seal

A specially selected combination of granules, flakes and fibers o f varying sizes, shapes and toughness. Available as Fine, Medium and Coarse material.

Mixing

• Blend enough Extreme Kwik-Seal into one half pail of existing drilling mud to make a thick but pourable mixture.
• Stir until all material is free from large lumps. Pour down drill rods with inner tube removed. Pump to bottom.
• If first attempt fails, repeat using increasing quantities of mu d and Extreme Kwik-Seal. For severe loss zones use the coarse material.
• For best results treat the loss as soon as it occurs, make sure drill rods are off bottom 10’ to 15’ and rotate rods slowly (100 – 150 RPM) while pumping to bottom.

Principal Uses

• Each component of Extreme Kwik-Seal compliments the other to provide a faster more effective remedy to lost circulation.
• The combination of materials will penetrate fractures, vugs or extremely porous zones to quickly bridge and seal off the formation.
