Mixing
• For hard rock drilling add 1/2 to 1 liter per 250 gallons of wat er.
• Paddle in gently at the suction tank. Increase quantity as required for severe torque. Friction caused by fault zones will also require increased quantities.
• For dry holes add 3 liters of Extreme Torq-EEZ to 15 liters of water and pour down the outside of drill rods.
• Two to Four pails of this mixture may be required for shallow holes and up to eight for holes deeper than 500 ft.
Principal Uses
• Extreme pressure lubricant.
• Reduces friction caused by hole deviation.
• Coats the metal components of a drill string which also prevents sticky talc and gouge cuttings from causing torque.
• Lubricating qualities keep the rods turning free.
